- 1 pound fresh Brussels sprouts (small sprouts left whole, larger sprouts cut into 1/2-inch pieces)
- 5 bacon slices (cut into 1 inch pieces)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Preparation
- Cook Brussels sprouts in salted boiling water for 4-5 minutes.
