Looking for a low fat burger recipe that is juicy and tasty? Look no further! This turkey burger is full of tropical flavors and stays super juicy.
2 turkey steaks
2 tbsp sweet thai chili sauce
6 tbsp BBQ sauce
Vegetable oil to taste
1 small head of green lettuce
2 slices fresh or canned pineapple
1/2 red onion
2 tbsp sour cream
Salt to taste
1.Brush turkey steaks with sweet chili sauce. Season with salt and sauté for 2-3 minutes on each side on a grilled pan. Wrap turkey in foil and place on the edge of the wire rack until cooked. Or fry steaks in a hot skillet with vegetable oil for 3 minutes from each side.
2.Grill pineapple rings for 1 minute on each side until soft. Then fry rings in a hot frying pan with vegetable oil for 1-2 minutes from each side.
3.Cut onion into rings.
4.Cut lettuce in half across and put on a plate. Spread a spoonful of sour cream. Top with turkey, some barbecue sauce, a slice of pineapple and half of onion rings. Serve immediately.
