Potatoes with cheese is a classic combination. Prepare young potatoes with feta cheese (you can use another young cheese if you wish) – it’s very tasty!
1 lb young potato
1 1/2 cup feta cheese
1 1/2 cup fat sour cream
2 sprigs dill
Green onion (optional)
3 tbsp butter
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
1.Wash potatoes with a brush. Place in a saucepan of boiling water. Season with salt. Bring to a boil over high heat. Cover. Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer for 25-30 minutes.
2.Chop dill and onion finely. Mix with sour cream and feta cheese. Add pepper.
3.Drain the water from the finished potatoes. Return the pan to the heat for 20-30 seconds to remove the excess liquid.
4.Add butter in a saucepan. Cover with the lid, press with your hand and shake the pan so that potatoes mix with butter. Serve with feta cheese dressing.
