For this dish you can add any vegetables you want, any meat and any kind of pasta. Just sprinkle all this with cheese, bake for several minutes in the oven and you’re done!
Ingredients
- 200 g Paste
- 200 g minced meat
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 2 garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 red bell pepper
- 200 g pumpkin (peeled and diced)
- 3/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 16 cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup milk
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 50 g Parmesan
- 1 burrata
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
- Basil to taste
Preparation
- Put pepper and pumpkin into a large heat-resistant dish. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper, mix. Bake in the oven preheated to 400°F (200°C) for 30 minutes.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan and fry onions and garlic until transparent. Add meat and fry until cooked, stirring occasionally.
- Bring salted water to a boil in a large saucepan. Cook pasta until al dente.
- Remove vegetables from the oven. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste and milk. Mince and combine with meat.
Sprinkle with thyme, rosemary and paprika. Season with salt and pepper. Add pasta and mix. Sprinkle with parmesan. Add burrata cheese in the middle and add tomatoes. - Bake for 10-15 minutes at 360°F (180°C) until melted cheese. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh basil.
