Shrimp and Orange Salad

Fresh and light, the flavors of orange, garlic and lemon combine in a tasty unusual mix. Accompanied by large shrimp with sesame seeds, this salad is a perfect catch for an afternoon lunch with family and friends.


  • 2 oranges
  • 50 g sesame seeds
  • 15-18 boiled peeled large shrimp

For dressing:

  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 lemon juice


  1. Peel oranges. Cut out flesh and squeeze juice into the same bowl.
  2. Peel and chop garlic. Combine lemon and orange juice, soy sauce, honey and garlic.
  3. Roll shrimp in sesame seeds. Put shrimp and oranges into a salad bowl. Pour in dressing. Serve on an arugula bed.
