Fresh and light, the flavors of orange, garlic and lemon combine in a tasty unusual mix. Accompanied by large shrimp with sesame seeds, this salad is a perfect catch for an afternoon lunch with family and friends.
- 2 oranges
- 50 g sesame seeds
- 15-18 boiled peeled large shrimp
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 lemon juice
- Peel oranges. Cut out flesh and squeeze juice into the same bowl.
- Peel and chop garlic. Combine lemon and orange juice, soy sauce, honey and garlic.
- Roll shrimp in sesame seeds. Put shrimp and oranges into a salad bowl. Pour in dressing. Serve on an arugula bed.
