Cheese Sticks

These fried cheese sticks are very easy to prepare and sooo tasty.Deliciously crispy outer coating followed with an unexpectedly soft and cheesy middle.

17 oz semi-hard cheese
1-2 large eggs
1/2 cup flour
1/2-2 cups bread crumbs
Vegetable oil
Favorite sauces to serve


1.Slice cheese into finger-sized thick cubes. Heat deep-frying oil over medium heat. Place paper towels in several layers next to the skillet.

2.In one bowl, beat up eggs until smooth. Pour flour into the other, and breadcrumbs in the third.

3.Dip cheese in flour. Shake off the excess. Transfer to egg, roll and remove. Let drain. Then roll in breadcrumbs.

4.Fry cheese sticks in oil until golden brown on all sides. Remove very carefully with a slotted spoon, spread on paper towels. Serve hot with your favorite sauce.
