Fish with Sour Cream, Vegetables and Parmesan Sauce

A quick and tasty meal for weekday dinner. It can be served with vegetables or mashed potatoes, or simply make larger portions. You can also try to bake fish or chicken meatballs with this sauce, it will turn out very tasty.


2 white fish fillets, 200 g each (cod, halibut, hake)
4 tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp grated Parmesan
1 large tomato
5 sprigs of dill
3 sprigs of green onions
1 small clove of garlic
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste


1.Preheat the oven to 370° F (190° C). Chop green onion into thin rings. Put aside a little to serve.

2.Chop garlic and dill finely.

3.Dip tomato into boiling water for 2 minutes. Then pour over with cold water. Remove skin and cut into small cubes.

4.In a small bowl, combine sour cream, garlic and dill. Add Parmesan, tomato and green onions. Season with a little salt and pepper.

5.Place fish in baking dishes and season with salt and pepper. Put over with sour cream mixture and bake for 18-25 minutes (depending on the thickness of the pieces). Sprinkle fish with the remaining green onion and serve.
