Shrimp with Paprika and Garlic

This flavourful appetizer is a fantastic addition to a dinner menu. A quick, easy, and healthy protein meal with a few ingredients.


1 lb peeled shrimp
4 cloves of garlic
4-6 sprigs of parsley
1 large lemon
1 tsp ground sweet paprika
4-5 tbsp olive oil
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Salt to taste


1.Peel and chop garlic.

2.Wash, dry and chop parsley.

3.Squeeze juice from lemon.

4.Heat oil in a frying pan and fry garlic and paprika over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes.

5.Put shrimp in the frying pan. Sprinkle them with 1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Stir and fry over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.

6.Serve sprinkled with parsley.
