White Hot Coconut Chocolate with Pink Pepper

Made with white chocolate, a dreamy mugful of this creamy drink will hit the spot on a frosty winter day. You can use your milk of choice, and in the spirit of love and Valentine’s Day sprinkle with pink peppercorns. Create a drink that will warm you and your beloved up!


50 g white chocolate

3/4 cup coconut milk

2-3 drops of vanilla extract

10-12 pink peppercorns to serve


1.Chop chocolate finely.

2.Warm up a cup. Add 2-5 tablespoons of water to coconut milk. Bring to a boil.

3.Add vanilla and chocolate. Stir until melted. Pour into the hot dry cup. Sprinkle with pepper and serve.
