Tuna Salad with Grapes and Nuts

This tuna salad is a healthy spin on the classic salad with tuna and an easy lunch made in minutes. The mayo to yogurt ratio in this salad is about 1:3 making it a pretty healthy version of a waldorf. It can also be delicious when placed on a sandwich!

Ingredients

  • 1 small bunch of red grapes
  • 1 small bunch of white grapes
  • 2 cans tuna
  • 1/4 cups toasted almonds
  • 1 small bunch of parsley
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp fat natural yogurt
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Salt, black pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Cut grapes in half.
  2. Pour off liquid from a tuna can.
  3. Chop nuts.
  4. Finely chop the garlic and parsley. Combine with lemon zest, yogurt and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Combine tuna with grapes and almonds. Dress with yogurt sauce and serve.
