1 cup flour
1/2 cup potato starch
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup mascarpone
3/4 cup milk
1 tbsp baking powder
5 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tbsp lemon zest
6 tbsp chocolate
1 1/2 tbsp powdered sugar
1.Preheat the oven to 340° F (170° C). Melt butter and cool.
2.Combine eggs, sugar and beat until the fluffy mixture. Add mascarpone and stir in the egg mixture at medium speed.
3.Add vanilla extract, lemon zest, milk and melted butter.
4.Sift flour with baking powder and starch and use a spatula to stir into the dough.
5.Cut chocolate into small pieces and mix with the dough.
6.Brush with butter and lightly flour a tall muffin mold. Pour the dough. Bake 45-50 minutes, until tender.
7.Cool the cake. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
