To have a good morning, you need to start it right. For example, with a good breakfast of almond pancakes.
2 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
2/3 cup almond flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
2 glasses milk
4 tbsp vegetable oil
Almond flakes for serving
1.In a large bowl, sift flour with baking powder, add almond flour, sugar and salt and stir.
2.In another bowl, beat eggs with milk, then pour in vegetable oil.
3.Pour the liquid ingredients into the flour mixture and stir quickly so that the mixture is moistened well.
4.Heat up a heavy bottomed pan, brush with oil. Pour dough in small portions to make thin pancakes. Bake on both sides.
5.Arrange 3-4 pancakes on plates and sprinkle with flaked almonds. Serve for breakfast with milk, cocoa, juice or tea.
