8 champignons
7 oz cheese
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
For the dough:
1 tsp dry yeast
1/2 cup drinking water
3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
1.In a small bowl, combine yeast and 3 tablespoons of warm water. Stir with a spoon and put aside for 15 minutes.

7.Grate cheese.
8.Put mushrooms on the dough and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake pizza for 10-15 minutes. Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
