5 tbsp tomato sauce
7 oz cheese
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
For the dough:
1 tsp dry yeast
1/2 cup drinking water
3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1.In a small bowl, combine yeast and 3 tablespoons of warm water. Stir with a spoon and put aside for 15 minutes.
2.Combine flour and salt. Sift. Make a “well”. Pour the yeast mixture and the remaining water. Knead the dough with a fork or hand.
3.Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the dough and knead again until smooth for 10 minutes.
4.Form a ball. Place it into a bowl and brush with the remaining olive oil. Tighten the top of the bowl with cling film and put aside in a warm place for 60 minutes.
5.Heat the oven to 428° F (220° C). Put the dough on a table covered with flour and knead slightly. Roll out into a thin flat cake. Place on a baking sheet. Brush with tomato sauce.
6.Peel mushrooms and cut into thin slices.
8.Put mushrooms on the dough and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake pizza for 10-15 minutes. Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
