This green, easy and surprisingly tasty vegan smoothie can be prepared in the morning for breakfast and gives minimum calories and maximum benefits. I like the mild sweetness of the banana, but if you need it sweeter feel free to add some sugar.
3/4 cup fresh spinach leaves
1 medium cucumber
1.Peel cucumber. Chop.
2.Peel banana and chop randomly.
3.Blend spinach. Add 1/2 cup of water. Blend until smooth.
4.Add banana and cucumber. Pour in another 1/2 cup of water. Blend again until smooth. Refrigerate smoothie before serving.
