Puff pancakes are one of kids’ favorite dinners and breakfasts. They love everything about it, and adults generally do, too. Today I wanted to try something new and I made these mini apple pancakes. Moreover, you can even freeze them to eat them later.
3/4 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
3 medium green apples
Butter to taste
Salt to taste
Jam or honey for serving
1.Sift flour into a deep bowl. Add warm milk mixed with yeast, eggs, sugar and salt. Stir well. Cover the bowl with a clean towel and leave in a warm place for the dough to come up, for 60 minutes.
2.Peel apples. Cut into small cubes.
3.Add apples to dough. Stir well and put aside for 15 minutes.
4.Heat butter in a skillet. Spread dough with a large spoon and fry pancakes on both sides until golden brown. Top with jam or honey when serving.
