This chicken should be pre-marinated, sprinkled with olive oil and rubbed with a mixture of your favorite spice. If you want, use chicken breasts too.
8 chicken thighs
8 slices of raw smoked ham
800 g small and fleshy tomatoes
1 can cannelloni beans
3/4 cup dry white wine
1 bunch basil

1.Rub the chicken pieces with salt and pepper mixture. Place 2-3 basil leaves on each and wrap with a slice of ham. Place chicken in an ovenproof dish with heated olive oil. Fry it for 3-4 minutes from each side.
2.Cut tomatoes in half. Tear the remaining basil leaves with your hands. Add the prepared ingredients to chicken and add wine. Cover with foil and bake at 320°F (160°C) for 40-45 minutes.
3.Remove the foil. Add the drained beans and toss with tomatoes. Cook for another 20-30 minutes, increasing the temperature to 390 ° F (200° C). Remove the dish from the oven and serve immediately, drizzling with olive oil and adding the remaining basil leaves.
