Rice porridge with coconut milk with caramelized banana

There is no need to invent anything special to cook romantic breakfast for your husband. Even rice porridge can be romantic! All you need is to add caramelized bananas, nuts, dried fruit, or honey as tasty toppings. It’s not difficult! Just try it!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice
  • 1 glass water
  • 1 banana
  • 1 glass coconut milk
  • 1 glass milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ sugar
  • 2 tbsp mango sauce
  • 2 leaves mint
  • 2 tsp coconut flakes
  • Salt

Preparation

  1. Combine water, coconut milk and milk and cook rice until the porridge is thick and creamy. Add butter, salt and sugar.
  2. Slice banana, sprinkle with sugar and bake in the oven at 320°F (160°C) for 5 minutes.
  3. Top porridge with baked banana and mango sauce. Sprinkle with coconut flakes and chopped mint leaves.
