Pasta with Egg, Tomatoes and Walnuts

What does a person who returns from work need? Delicious and quick dinner. What can be cooked faster than pasta? – Only an egg. Here is a wonderful recipe for pasta with egg and tomato sauce, which can become your lifesaver.


1 egg
5 medium tomatoes
1 handful of pitted olives
1 handful of walnuts
30 g parmesan
3 tbsp olive oil
1 clove of garlic
180 g pasta
3-4 basil leaves
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste


1.Hard boil an egg. Dip in cold water over, peel and cool. Cut.

2.Put tomatoes in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Put aside for 2 minutes. Then pour over with cold water and remove skin. Remove seeds and cut flesh into cubes.

3.Chop olives coarsely.

4.Put walnuts in a mortar and crush.

5.Put parmesan in a blender bowl and blend into crumbs.

6.Heat olive oil in a frying pan.

7.Crush a clove of garlic with a knife, peel and add to the pan. When the garlic is browned and aromatic, remove it. Add tomatoes and olives to the pan and cook the sauce for 7-10 minutes. Add pepper to the sauce to taste.

8.Meantime, boil water in a saucepan. Salt and cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

9.When pasta is done, add nuts and parmesan to the sauce, stir and cook for 3 minutes. Transfer pasta to the sauce. Add egg and basil leaves, stir and serve immediately.
